The Anabolic Diet

Been eating so much dietary fat lately!  It’s all part of the Anabolic Diet I’m following.  Few carbohydrates, as much fat and protein as I want.  It’s tougher than you think.  I can’t believe I actually have to restrict rice and bread and all that stuff on weekdays.  Does Friday count?

It seems to be working, though.  Lost like 4 pounds this week.  Who needs Lipovox, right?  Just gotta keep eating all that dietary fat and working out!  Move my ass in the gym.

I’m also going to be balling tonight, and I probably need carbohydrates beforehand.  That’s why I am going to stay away from all carbs until dinner.
