It’s been a month, and I’ve lost around 10 pounds! The best part? I did this by eating tapsilog almost every day, with two cups of rice! Tonight, I’m having lechon kawali with more rice! And this is all diet-approved!
I’m also lifting heavier than ever, and my workouts are only 20-30 minutes per session, max, including warm-ups. It’s time to bring out the clothes I packed away because I couldn’t fit into them anymore. If I lose 20 more pounds, I’ll get myself a bespoke suit, complete with cuff links and the works.
