I haven’t been working out as intensely as I have in the past, and the diet is pretty much just all in moderation. I figure it would be a lot kinder to my joints and my body if I just go moderate when lifting weights. It’s a lot more sustainable, too.
Gone are the days when I felt like I was invincible, like I could keep doing Olympic lifts forever. I’m just an old man now, lifting 8lb dumbbells and looking at term life insurance quotes.
I’ve ever started to like the taste of tuna. Man. What is up with that?
