Getting ripped!

People have different methods for losing fat, but personally, my favorite weight loss product is a good old chicken breast.  It’s filling, it’s low in fat, it’s high in protein; what more does anybody need?  It’s also really tasty.

You disagree?  Well, it’s been working for me.  Replaced around half my meals with chicken breasts, marinated in my special marinade of course, and I’ve lost around 5lbs doing so.  Of course I’ve been lifting weights like Arnold in Pumping Iron and balling a few times a week at home, so that might have had something to do with it.

But hey, I look at chicken breasts as a DELICIOUS alternative to fat-burning supplements.  Cheaper, too.
